System Settings

System settings are divided into the following pages:
Device
Test instrument settings page. Detailed information about this page can be found in the Quick Start Guide, so it will not be repeated here.
Test Priority
Adjust the priority of fixed frequency during testing.
By dragging the position of the relevant attributes, you can adjust the order of fixed frequencies. The attributes closer to the left have a longer switching cycle during testing. Taking the order in the figure below as an example: assuming three modes, 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n, need to be tested. According to the following order, the system will only switch to 802.11g -> 802.11n mode testing after all test items for the 802.11b mode are completed. However, if the mode attribute is moved to the far right, the software will first test one item (e.g., Power) in 802.11b mode, then prompt to switch to 802.11g -> 802.11n. After all three modes are tested, it will switch to another item (e.g., PSD) and proceed accordingly.
Note:
If the test priority is adjusted, you need to click the update button here to update the priority, then go back to the plan page, click the update button on the plan page, and then the software will perform testing according to the updated priority.

Report
This page allows you to adjust the style of the exported report, such as company name, company logo, headers, footers, etc.
You can also adjust the size of the images exported by the software through Image.

Cable Loss
Manage cable loss files for commonly used RF cables.
Hint
To prevent errors in plans that previously used a cable loss file after the file is deleted, cable loss files for RF cables can only be hidden, not deleted.

Setting
Configure default settings for some common options.

- Switch Box: Default to use or not use a switch box.
- SA Align: Default to enable or disable the spectrum analyzer's automatic alignment function.
- Time in Plot: Default to display the test time in the plot.
- Title in Plot: Default to display the title in the test data.
- Hide Test Parameters: Select to hide test parameters on the test plot.
- Finished Notice: Default to pop up a test completion notification box and play a sound after the test is finished.
- EUT Auto: Select whether to automatically set the fixed frequency for the EUT.
- Update and Keep: Whether to update and keep the task status.
- Ignore BS In Meas: Whether to ignore BS during measurement.
- Notice Sound: Modify the default software notification sound.

Default
System-level default settings page for each standard (software option). The left side lists the standards grouped by CE / FCC / MIC / SRRC / ANATEL; the right side shows the configurable default items for the selected standard. Click Update at the bottom left to save changes.
The settings here are used as the initial values of the corresponding fields when creating a new test plan (i.e., the fields with the same names in Advanced Setting / Special Eut on the Plan page). Whenever a standard's plan-creation document says "the default value can be changed on the Setting page", it refers to this page.
Note
- Changes take effect only after clicking Update, and only apply to test plans created afterwards
- Do not check the debug options prefixed with [D] in Special Setting as defaults for production testing; otherwise every newly created plan will carry the debug behavior (e.g., using virtual data)

Common default items
Check Margin (cellular standards): Preset margin thresholds (dB) for each test item. Newly created plans automatically inherit these margins; results whose margin to the limit is smaller than the set value will be flagged.
Version: Default regulation / protocol version of the standard. Available versions per standard:
Standard Available versions CE 5GNR 3GPP Release 15 / 16 / 17 / 18 CE LTE-CA 3GPP Release 10 ~ 17 CE 234G EN 301 908-13 V13.2.1 / V13.3.1 CE 5G EN 301 893 V2.1.1 / V2.2.1 FCC 5G RSS-247 Issue 3 / Issue 4 MIC 34G / MIC 2.4G 2018 / 2023 SRRC 2.4G / 5G Current / Latest Power Average Count: Averaging count for power measurements, range 1 ~ 1000.
CSE Average Count (FCC cellular): Averaging count for conducted spurious emission measurements.
Duty Cycle Test Mode / CSE (Below 30MHz) / CCDF Trigger (FCC family): Defaults for the duty cycle test mode, conducted spurious emissions below 30 MHz, and CCDF trigger.
Power Method / PSD Method / Hide Power (CHP) Image / Disable Flush Data / Reference Standard (FCC 2.4G, ANATEL 2.4G): Defaults for the power measurement method, PSD method, CHP image hiding, flush data disabling, and reference standard (C63.10-2013 / 2020).
RU POS Show / EIRP Calc Metod / ADA Delay (WiFi family): Defaults for RU position display, MIMO EIRP calculation method (M1 / M2), and Adaptivity delay.
OOB Method / Test Option (MIC cellular): Defaults for the out-of-band leakage power measurement method (Normal / RBW Factor) and bandwidth test option (Standard / All Bw).
EIRP (Show / Hide) / Spread Bandwidth / Env / Show each ANT data (MIC WiFi family): Defaults for EIRP display in reports, spread bandwidth test scope (Full Test / 802.11b), environmental conditions, and per-antenna MIMO data.
Special Setting: The same special setting items as on each standard's Plan page; items checked here are inherited by newly created plans. Refer to the plan-creation document of the corresponding standard for the meaning of each item.
